Leadership Coaching
Inclusive Equitable Leadership Coaching
The advantages of leadership coaching, especially one to one, can help provide you with clarity and insight into the challenges you are facing. Through supporting you to overcome them, with someone who can hold you accountable to reach your goals.
It can also create a space for you to speak your mind, be heard, and learn.
Everyone with the right support and direction can develop their leadership style and improve their skills, the capabilities they need to inspire and enable their teams to thrive in an ever-changing environment.
Demonstrating inclusivity as a leader can be challenging for some. Even the leaders who fully embrace the business case for diversity, can sometimes feel unprepared to be inclusive and equitable. Although they aim for inclusive leadership, they don’t understand what to do, or how to modify their current approaches and inherent behaviours.
The coaching program focuses on you as a leader and your transformational journey, the content is applicable for senior leaderships within people orientated organisations. We are operating in a continually changing environment and organisations need leaders who are intuitive, culturally aware, and able to effectively adapt and lead in a world of difference.
At the heart of this is people.
Everything is about self.
The way we see ourselves.
The way we see others.
And how we treat others.
This level of personal transformation takes time, consistency, reflection, and personal accountability.
Real sustainable change cannot be achieved in short group sessions.
This is a personal journey to equitable leadership, that can only be taken by self, that includes support and accountability.
It’s an opportunity to see the world through other’s eyes and take that learning to become a more inclusive, equitable leader.

Leadership Coaching for Women
We have seen a long list of data that supports - companies with greater gender diversity, not just within their workforce but directly among senior leaders, are significantly more profitable than those without. This continues to show that the need for women in leadership position is more in demand that ever, but the number of women achieving this continues not to be at the levels they should be.
Organisations have a responsibility to create better policies and opportunities for women. Also, women need support to step forward and overcome the internal challenges holding them back.
When women become leaders, they provide a different set of skills and imaginative perspectives. More importantly, female leaders bring structural and cultural differences to the table, which drive effective solutions.
Many women experience bias not only because of their gender but also because of their race, sexual orientation, a disability, or other aspects of their identity.
What are the main challenges for female leaders?
It is still mainly Men who are in the room and making the decisions.
Balancing work and family
Our own self believe can hold us back, including imposter syndrome.
Being treated equally - facing persistent gender stereotypes, women are systemically placed on an uneven playing field.
My one to one and leadership program will help women recognise and build on their unique strengths and capabilities, helping women understand the behaviours and approaches needed to deliver leadership with impact.
